By using webiziolabs.com or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. They cover the basic relationship between you and Webizio for both the marketing site and the services we provide.
Service scope
Every engagement is governed by a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties. The SOW defines deliverables, milestones, and payment terms. Anything not in the SOW is out of scope.
Payments
50% deposit on signing, 50% on launch. Larger projects are split into milestone payments. Late payments past 30 days incur a 2% monthly fee.
Ownership
Upon final payment, you own the code, design assets, and content under a perpetual licence. Webizio retains the right to display the work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Liability
Webizio’s total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
